The reading from the anniversary book took place on 3 February 2026 at the Wagi Museum in Schlieren, the home base of Geistlich Holding AG, marking the official kick-off of the anniversary year. The book was presented to the public for the first time in an intimate setting attended by representatives from local politics and business in Schlieren, as well as members of the Geistlich family.
Surprising insights
The book’s lead author, historian Colin Bätschmann, offered engaging insights into both the content and the creation of the anniversary book in four thematic sections. Personal anecdotes, historical context and surprising details brought the company’s history vividly to life.
