Terms of Participation – Geistlich 175-Years Jubilee Raffle

The organizer of the competition is Geistlich Pharma AG, Bahnhofstrasse 40, CH-6110 Wolhusen. - Eligibility
Dental students, assistant dentists and licensed dentists who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry are eligible to participate. Employees of Geistlich Pharma AG, its subsidiaries and distributors, are not eligible to participate. Participation in the raffle is independent of any product order or purchase. - Participation period and procedure
You can participate from 01/04/2026 until 31/05/2026. Participation is only possible by registering using the form provided on the landing page. - Prize and prize draw
Prizes to be raffled are 10 tickets for the Geistlich vLab® workshop on 23/10/2026 (including the Geistlich vLab® workshop kit, with a total value of EUR 120 per prize). Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. Only submissions that meet all eligibility requirements will be included in the prize draw. There is no guarantee of winning. Only one ticket can be won per person and multiple submissions are not permitted; duplicate submissions will be deleted. Cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible. - Prize notification
Winners will be notified by email. If no response is received within 5 working days, the prize claim will expire, and a replacement winner will be selected randomly. The organizer is not obligated to make further attempts to contact the initial winner. - Regional eligibility
Due to restrictions in shipping the Geistlich vLab® workshop kit, the following countries and regions are excluded from the raffle: Countries outside of Europe as well as Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czechia, France, Georgia, Ireland, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Ukraine. - Shipment of workshop kit
The winners will receive one Geistlich vLab® workshop kit each. All delivery expenses will be covered by the organizer. No additional costs will arise for the winners. - Severability clause
If any part of this contract is or becomes invalid, this will not affect the validity of the rest of the contract. If an invalid provision is identified, the contracting parties must negotiate a valid replacement that most closely aligns with the economic purpose originally intended by the invalid provision. - Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law. - Data protection

This campaign raffle (“Geistlich 175-year Jubilee”) is governed by Swiss law and the place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
