Ridge preservation is a critical yet often overlooked step in achieving long-term success in restorative and implant dentistry. In this hands-on workshop, you will discover the clinical importance of ridge preservation and gain practical skills to integrate it seamlessly into your daily practice. We will guide you through the “why, when, and how” of ridge preservation — from socket management to material selection — empowering you to make confident, evidence-based decisions for your patients. You'll also learn how to assess the ideal timing for implant placement and plan treatment before tooth extraction, setting the foundation for optimal esthetic and functional outcomes.

Led by Dr. Mukta Sandu, Senior Scientific Education Manager at Geistlich Switzerland, this interactive workshop offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from an expert in regenerative procedures. With years of clinical experience, Dr. Sandu is excited to share her in-depth knowledge with you. During the session, you will perform the procedure live under expert guidance using a mouth model provided in the Geistlich vLab™ workshop kit, which you will receive by post after completing your online registration and payment of 55€.
