Terms of participation in 'The Original 2025' campaign raffle
1. Organizer
The organizer of the competition is Geistlich Pharma AG, Bahnhofstrasse 40, CH-6110 Wolhusen.
2. Eligibility
Dental students, assistant dentists and licensed dentists who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry are eligible to participate. Employees of Geistlich Pharma AG, its subsidiaries and distributors, as well as their relatives, are not eligible to participate. Participation in the raffle is independent of any product order or purchase.
3. Participation period and procedure
You can participate from 18/09/2025 until 28/11/2025. Participation is only possible by registering using the form provided on the landing page.
4. Prize and prize draw
Prizes to be raffled are 3 vouchers for the complete Geistlich myGuide® curriculum (course with 56 learning modules, valued at USD 1’200 each). Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. There is no guarantee of winning. Only one voucher can be won per person. Cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible.
5. Prize notification
Winners will be notified by email. If no response is received within 5 working days, the prize claim will expire, and a replacement winner will be selected randomly. The organizer is not obligated to make further attempts to contact the initial winner.
6. Severability clause
If any part of this contract is or becomes invalid, this will not affect the validity of the rest of the contract. If an invalid provision is identified, the contracting parties must negotiate a valid replacement that most closely aligns with the economic purpose originally intended by the invalid provision.
7. Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This campaign raffle (“The Original 2025”) is governed by Swiss law and the place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
